MY thoughts on an android radio reciver

The idea of a Android SDR radio with combined specifications of Malahit and  Afedri LAN ,with tablet dimensions of min 6 inches for serious work . Need your ideas .
Ideas of a Semi professional level radio engineer.

Hardware part:

Bands 100kHz -1.5 GHz at last possibly higher range? (2.5 or 4 )
Inputs: cable clip  , SMA or F socket , detachable  antenna
Output : line out or headphone
USB : PC connection a/o IQ stream out to external HDD
Rotator and thumb driven
SD card socket

 Mem card : 64GB supported
saves : IQ  stream , program screenshots , waterfall on fixed spectrum ,Signal history
All saved show date time as name

v2: 7”
Able for finger or standard stylus usage supports finger zoon unzoom

Software
Spectrum analyzer for field metering , finger lead for selecting band sweep or by preset buttons Also for amplitude range

DSP software very similar to SDR Console or kiwi  operated by the finger or by the rotator
Recordings: waterfall , IQ , audio .history
